There are several reasons I’ve been migrating into the Obama camp since the summer, but this is probably the most important: from everything that I’ve read about him, heard from him, and seen while I was in DC, it seems clear that he puts a great deal of time into explaining his reasons for supporting (or opposing) specific viewpoints. I don’t need or want a President who has all the answers - but I demand that they consider all perspectives and give reasoned arguments for policies and position.
