The Main Line (via Peter*Martin)
New Mexico (and Arizona) roads are even more cinematic than their counterparts in West Texas. Distant plateaus, scraggly brush lining the roads, and infrequent gas stations that seemed to be counties apart. This barren landscape did give me the chance to park and set up some shots right in the middle of a state highway, not such a common thing when you’re traveling a road with a 75mph speed limit in the middle of the day.
