More About Me

Netflix is really such a refreshing company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate, the movie library is vastly superior to iTunes or Unbox or cable, and the customer service has been stellar whenever I’ve needed something done. I just reactivated my plan after being on hold for a few months, and it was actually a pleasant experience with a well-spoken and friendly rep. We ran into trouble immediately with my unorthodox request, which was to restart the account at a different address, with only 1 profile instead of 4, and at a lesser plan to boot. The rep found he was unable to move to the “unlimited 1-at-a-time” plan until March 15, so he just charged me at that rate for the next month while I will continue to get my old 5-at-a-time plan. What would have probably caused me to just cancel the whole thing at a different company was a win-win with Netflix.
