I’ve only listened through once so far, but I’m already loving Mos Def’s new album…he hasn’t enjoyed himself this much since Black on Both Sides, an all-time favorite. This one is the immediately gratifying single, with production from Madlib and a guest verse from (the ageless?) Slick Rick. Good stuff.
